​Shipping Information

 

All orders placed on a weekday prior to 2pm AEST will be packed and shipped same day. Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holiday will be dispatched on the following business day. We are committed to making sure your order is sent out as soon as possible however, during busy sale periods please allow an additional 1-3 business days for dispatch.

• Australia Post Standard Delivery $12 AUD for all orders 3-7 business days in Australia

• Australia Post Express $15 AUD for all orders 1 - 3 business days.

​Any delivery date or time specified is a best estimate only. WYLDESTONE is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

All tracking information will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. Please check this for all information regarding tracking your order as this will have the most accurate and up to date information available. If your parcel is more than 15 business days late, please contact us and we can help to lodge an investigation. We appreciate your patience so much during this time and we will do our best to assist as you whilst you await your delivery.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

All WYLDESTONE purchases are tracked. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email. Please check your junk inbox if you have not received this email or contact us.

All parcels require signature on delivery. In the event that no one is able to sign for your parcel, the courier will leave a card for you to make a collection from the nearest Post Office or in circumstances arrange redelivery.

Enjoy the best of both worlds with our Click & Collect service! Browse and buy online, then swing by our Bowral Residence to pick up your order at your convenience. Please ensure to bring your order number and ID with you when you collect. Click and Collect is only available during opening hours.
