RETURNS POLICY

FULL PRICED ITEMS

We want your  purchase to make your heart sing, so if it's not quite right, we're here to help.

 

We are happy to provide a refund or credit on any full price order that meets the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Items must be unworn with all tags still attached.
- Items must be free from makeup and perfume, so please be mindful of this when trying them on.
- You will be refunded in your original form of payment.
- We will make exceptions for unforeseen shipping delays, please contact us if you think your parcel may take longer.

Kindly note that purchases made using the 10% welcome offer are eligible for return in the form of store credit only

SALE ITEMS

All items purchased as part of our 'MOVING SALE" are considered final sale & not eligible for a return, exchange or store credit.

 

Sale items of a 50% discount or more are final sale & not eligible for a return,   exchange or store credit.

Sale items are not eligible for return. If items are returned despite this policy, they will not be approved and will be sent back to you at an additional charge.

AFTERPAY

Orders placed using the Afterpay platform are eligible for a store credit or exchange only. Orders placed using Afterpay are not eligible for refund. 

We’re more than happy to assist with size exchanges! Kindly note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs. 

PRE ORDERS

All pre-orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or exchanges

All stone forms are artisan made. Each piece is unique and no two are the same. All stone form purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellations, returns, or exchange

FAULTY ITEMS

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact us via email info@wyldestone.com.au with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

All purchased item/s must be flagged with us within 7 days of receiving your order and must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. 

All in store and online item/s that are deemed faulty will need to be approved via the brand before any replacement/repairs/returns are issued. Please note refunds are only issued if the brand deem the product faulty.
